San Juan, Puerto Rico- @ The 2008 Island's Miss Universe Pageant, Beauty Queen, Ingrid Marie Rivera gets a dose of bad affairs from a unknown source. It was said that her evening gowns was found doused with pepper spray, her make-up was spiked, and credit cards was stolen.
