Well as we all know the old saying “An apple a day keeps the doctor away .” scientifically proves that apples may reduces the risk of some hazardous diseases in the Human Body such as prostate cancer , colon cancer , and lung cancer. (So to all you Heavy cigarette smokers, if you plan on quitting , you better eat a thousand apples to help get them lungs in shape!)


Like several fruits, apples include Vitamin C as well as host of other antioxidant compounds such as Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B12 and so on which may reduce the chance of cancer by preventing DNA damage. The antioxidants found in real good unsullied Apples, can also shelter nerve cells from neurotoxicity induced by oxidative stress.


Compelling new research has fulfilled that mothers who eat apples during pregnancy may protect their children from developing asthma later in life. According to Thorax Online, apples were marginally related to the prevalence of asthma. No other fruits or vegetables were significantly associated with asthma prevalence. Apple seeds have a small amount of amygadalin, a cyanogenic glycoside which means if you eat a huge amount of apple seeds, your option of having a poisonous toxic effect is high.
