Oluv's way of Losing 3 pounds in a week

Who said losing weight was easy ? It's not , matter of fact it's even harder when you keep in mind that you are fat. Knowing you are fat is not a important part of a diet but knowing your healthy is. Before I give you the answer to solve this problem , I must say go a head and enjoy that Sunday dinner. Monday is the starting point day and by next Sunday you should have lost 3-5 pounds.



Every morning when you get up you should start your day praising the Lord your here to see a beautiful day of weight lost joy. Wake up happy, take 10-minutes to enjoy that inter side of you. Next, stretch out, stand straight up and take a deep breath while tucking in your stomach as far as you can, then hold that position for about 10 seconds before breathing out (do this at least 10 times a day).



In the course of the week try not to drive your car to places convenient to walking distance, doing this will save you gas and keep your cardiac and muscle moving. When at work , Doctor appointments, shopping malls try to avoid elevators and escalators, if theirs stairs close by, use them because you got to keep your body working .



Try to eat alot of baked foods and green vegetables to get natural results and also if you drink milk in the morning, try changing you milk to 2 percent reduced fat milk (It taste a little better plus it's low with fat substances. for deserts you should eat more fruits and try to keep away from candies and sweets.


Using phones can also help in exercise . If you have more than one phone in the house (one upstairs & two down stairs.) try to use the phone that is less in reach to where you are. So if the phone rings and your down stairs, try answering the phone upstairs and vice-versa .

And by the end of the week you should have lost atleast 3-5 pounds
