The Movie is nick name, " The Scareface of Arabia" which is based on the true story of Iraqi's army lieutenant Latif Yahia who is forced to become the body double of Saddam's son, the notorious "Black Prince" Uday Hussein ( both played by Dominic Cooper), a reckless, algolagnic, notorious gangster who embraced the party-lifestyle with a corrupted hunger for sex, drugs and brutality.Cooper do take credit for his face image on the poster but the body with the birthday present between his legs is not his.
