Shelley Malil Charged With Attempted Murder
12 August 2008, Shelley Malil, the actor that built his career from the Budweiser commercial that aired during the SuperBowl some years back (The Whassup!? commercial as Chad), was charged with attempted murder after he allegedly stabbed his ex-girlfriend more than 20 times.
He also played one of Steve Carell's co-workers in The 40-Year-Old Virgin. It was said after he stabbed Kendra Beebe at her home, he furiously ran off to meet his lawyer in Oceanside, California. Im hoping he didn't really do this to his ex-girlfriend but if he really did, he is going to be in jail for a long stay, with one collected phone call to chat with his Budweiser buddies to say,"Whasssup!"?

Isaac Hayes Dies At The Age 65
Soul legend Isaac Hayes, who left us with well crafted and creative music from the 70's died on Aug 10Th,2008 in his Memphis, Tennessee home. He was 65 years of age.
Hayes, who co-wrote ``Soul Man'' and ``You Don't Know Like I Know,'' won an Oscar for best musical score for ``Shaft,'' according to his Web site. The song and the movie score also won Grammy awards for best original score and movie theme. Hayes, whose work influenced disco, urban-contemporary music and rap, was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2002.
This Man was truly a genius at his best. I wish the best to his family and we will all miss the beautiful dark smooth tone voice that polished Rock, urban soul, and rap music for other to engage on.

After announcing the closure of 600 stores because of poor business and a lack of sales, Starbucks is now advertising four new drinks ready to be served on the July 16, 2008. The drinks includes two new and approved icy flavored drinks exclusively only for some California areas and Two new Nutritious drinks called "Vivannos".
The Vivannos come in two flavors: Orange Mango Banana Blend, and Banana Chocolate Blend. They are both under 300 calories. Eating Before Excercise Can Give You Fuel For A Better Work-Out
Every Evening @ around 2:00 PM. at my local gym, I notice the up roar of stomachs pleading for food other then the low pitch specky music pitches coming from the head sets of walkmans, and Mp3 players, and the washy sound coming from the treadmills
Some people believe food should be your last result when it comes to working out and that you burn more on a empty stomach, and thiers some that believes small potions of food is enough for a great balanced work out. If your goal is to maximize your workout and get (or maintain) a lean body, eating, not starving, is your best strategy. Here's what you need to know to prevent the empty stomach up roar. Although your body burns some stored fat when you exercise, its main fuel is carbohydrate that's been stored in the muscles and liver in the form of glycogen. When your glycogen stores are depleted, your body will indeed tap more of its fat reserves, just as Nocton's client anticipated--but at what price? Without readily available fuel, you're not likely to feel too energetic. "And you won't burn more of anything if you can't muster the enthusiasm to master your toughest sets," says Nocton. "On the other hand, if you eat before exercise, whether it's a large meal several hours in advance or a small snack only minutes ahead of time, you'll have the extra oomph you need for an energetic and effective workout."
Here's the reason: Before carbohydrate is tucked away in your muscles and liver as glycogen, it enters your bloodstream in the form of glucose (also called blood sugar), a readily available source of energy that helps perk you up when you're feeling hungry and fatigued. If the glycogen stored in your muscles and liver is low, your body can rely on glucose for fuel; if you already have a fair amount of stored glycogen, your body will use the glucose as a secondary source of energy and spare the glycogen. "It means that you have two sources of fuel as opposed to one, so you can last a lot longer," says Jackie Berning, RD, a sports nutritionist and assistant professor in the department of biology at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
Something else you should consider is that the muscles and liver can only store so much glycogen. It's important to "top off" your reserves fairly often, even if you haven't been doing much: During a long night's sleep, the body depletes as much as 80 percent of the glycogen stored in the liver. "That's why eating a little something before you exercise in the morning can really help," says Nocton. Moreover, it doesn't take long to deplete stored glycogen during exercise, and it gets used up even faster when the weather is warm. "If you're playing an intense tennis match without having eaten and it's warm outside, it may take only 30 to 40 minutes before you deplete your glycogen," says Berning. Eating before a match will not only help you last a lot longer, it will also help settle the gastric juices that make your stomach growl and ward off the feelings of lightheadness and fatigue that can make it difficult to perform well.
ENERGY ENHANCERS PRE-EXERCISE NIBBLES TO KEEP YOU FROM RUNNING ON EMPTY Depending on what time of day you'll be working out, consider these small snacks, which can be eaten 30 to 90 minutes before exercise (or closer if you can stomach it).

He has reportedly booked himself into private hospital and cleared two months and a half recovery time on his calendar.
During hip-replacement procedures, doctors remove the ball and socket of the damaged hip and install a titanium joint. We will soon see prince perform again and I hope he will be able to do his fabulous stage dances with no problem.

Here are some things that I look for before joining an affiliate
program. They are items I feel are imperative to being in a
successful affiliate program.
1. The affiliate program has a great payment structure. For me, a
high commission that is also a high percentage of the purchase price
is essential. Nothing under 25% commission.
2. Make sure the affiliate program you are joining has a good looking
site. You do not want to be sending visitors to a site that you do
not like yourself.
3. Make sure they offer a comprehensive affiliate statistics page
that lists the number of click throughs, number of sales and amount
earned. This should be broken down per month.
4. Also make sure that the affiliate statistics are updated
automatically and immediately. You do not want to find out today
about a sale you made a week ago.
5. Ensure they give a wide variety of text links, banners and
graphics to put on your web page. Although I prefer text links,
certain types of banners and graphics still work well.
6. Know how often you are going to be paid. If you are tossing up
between 2 programs and one pays monthly and the other pays quarterly,
the one that pays monthly is better. You do not want to wait months
before getting paid for your hard work!
7. See if the affiliate program gives examples of how the top
affiliates are doing. This can be a great pointer to whether it is
good or not. If some affiliates are earning many thousands per month,
it is a good affiliate program.
8. Along these lines, also see if they give examples of what
marketing methods these successful affiliates are using to get the
best results.
9. An affiliate program that offers a special monthly newsletter just
for the affiliates is great. Here you can get extra tips and
techniques that are working well.
10. See if they offer email notification when you make a sale or get
an affiliate signed up under you (if it is a 2-tier program). It is
good to see `You have made another sale' in your inbox.
11. Ensure top level support is given. If they cannot answer your
query straight away make sure they can respond within 48 hours.
There is tremendous demand for affiliate programs and choosing the
right one is no easy task. Make sure you do plenty of research before

I was looking for a motorcycle and came to this extreme strange new toy inspired by the surf board, skate board, scooter, and motorcycle concept. This unquie product is called, "The Xcite Bike".
The Xcite bike is loaded with top notch performance. A middle point mounted engine and frame, supported at each end by a spokeless wheel into which you insert your feet while standing upright. Xcite Bike is equid with a high performance 49cc 2 stroke engine with an oversized adjustable carburetor. The Xcite bike holds about one whole litter of fuel, giving you ride time up to about 1hour and 40min. on each tank fill up.

American Airlines Cancel 850 Flights for Analysis
On Wednesday April 9, 2008, American Airlines told the press that they canceled about 850 flights for inspections to structure more appropriate safety measures. The inspections started on tuesday where about 460 MD-80's was being properly checked and maintances on for safety issues. Now about 45 MD-80's is said by airline professionals to be in the air later on today.
American, the largest U.S. airline, said in a statement on Tuesday that the Federal Aviation Administration raised new concerns about the latest wiring inspections of the narrowbody MD-80 aircraft's wheel wells and the direction in which the retention clips and lacing cords were facing that resulted in canceled flights about two weeks ago. About nearly half of AMR's fleet are MD-80s aircrafts.

Island Blues Cocktail
A enjoyment for the summer, but this tasteful creation of the deep blue Ocean comes from those romantic Rum producing Islands. This Drink can be most enjoyable during late spring, during the summer or on a cruise ship to Paradise.
1. Frost the rim of the glass using the lemon juice and sugar. Set glass (try using a highball glass) aside to dry.
2. Place the first four ingredients into a cocktail shaker half full of ice.
3. Shake well and strain into the glass.
4. Last top up with lemonade. (You can also dress the glass with a small watermelon slice).

Hey Oluv! About 3 year ago I met this attractive fat girl at a local night spot in sunny desert land Arizona. It all started out when I was helping my buddy Joel move from New Jersey to Arizona where he recently live to date, to attend ASU for Exploratory Social & Behavioral Sciences . Joel, Me, and my co worker Kovan packed our bags and jumped on I 276 west toward Pennsylvania Turnpike and drove 34 hours all the way to Joel's new home.

The bar was packed full of people tapping and bopping thier heads to the tunes from a colorful classic looking juke box which played one of Eric Clapton songs saying, "I get off on 57 Chevy's , I get off on screaming guitar". (Can't think of the name of the song) We all set down at the bar and ordered three rounds of beer, while talking about college and where we should be doing conductively in 4 years from then.
As we talked and joked around just doing what fellas do, Kovan repeatedly tapped me on my shoulder and said " Hey, Look! Your going to be with that fat girl sitting over there in the next 4 years"! That is when I saw the most attractive fat girl I ever seen in my life. To be continue.....

White Male Stabs 2 During Horror Movie Showing
FULLERTON, Calif. Two people were stabbed at a Fullerton movie house during the screening of a horror film on Sunday night. Police are still searching for the suspect.
The victims, who reportedly did not know each other, were sitting in separate areas of the same theater when they were attacked around 7:30 p.m. at the AMC Theater on Lemon St., Fullerton police Sgt. Eric Halverson said.

American Safari Cruises New Market

Metal Group "PAIN" Attacked By Thugs In Germany
Mental group Pain was attacked by thugs in Germany while on tour with NightWish. Pain members Johan Husgafvel (bass), Peter Tägtgren (guitar/vocals), and David Wallin (drums) were brutually violated Friday night (February 22) in Leipzig while enjoying a day off on the band's European tour as the support act for NIGHTWISH. As a result, the group was forced to cancel Saturday's (February 23) concert in Leipzig, but the Band picked themselves up and were back on stage on Sunday to give their fans what they wanted to see (One Kick Ass Show).

Lidget Concrete Gargage
If I had some extra space in my backyard, I will definitely purchase Lidget’s Concrete double door garage Pent with a personnel Hormann door in garage font. In order to place my Lexus GS Hybrid 2008, which would need a sincerely secure area for well up keeping, I would need to have the garage build with fibre cement steel roofing which is Lidget’s standard roofing.
I would have to use the other garage area from my pick-up truck, which I could also add a attachment shed area to the garage so I can put all of my work and garden tools inside of being that Lidget concrete’s approved practice of listening to what the client requires, then designing and building to budget and specification, which has also won them a considerable amount of repeat business from customers thru out the UK.
I also would like to make my two garage doors operated with a highliner electric door opening system for easy remote excess.I absolutely believe Lidget concrete can guarantee me a straightforward solution, quality, and professionalism on the custom garage and storage shred to my likings.
Officer Killed In Hillary Clinton Motorcycle Crash
A Dallas police officer died Friday when his motorcycle struck a curb and hit a retaining wall on the Houston Street viaduct as he was escorting Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton to a rally in Oak Cliff.
This got to be a very sad tragedy for the Clinton campaign. Hillary Clinton decides to call off the Rally out of respect for the motorcycle officer. This is the Statment she made earlier 2/22/08 around 12:00pm "I just learned of the death of a Dallas police officer in a devastating accident that occurred as these motorcycle officers were leading our cars to this site. We are just heartsick over this loss of life and I have asked that my condolences be conveyed to the family. I will call them as soon as it is appropriate to do so. This reminds us, once again, what our men and women in law enforcement do every single day and it is important that we respect and appreciate their service. Oprah Gets Her Own Tv Network
It was only a matter of time before Oprah put her money magnetic hands on a Television network of her very own. Yes, Oprah Winfrey now officially has her own cable channel. The Channel was named, "OWN" and will be ready for air in 2009.
It is said that the channel will be part of Discovery's Cable networks (which also include TLC and the Travel Channel) and will take over for the current Discovery Health network (RIP Discovery health). It's stated that OWN won't carry The Oprah Talk show, at least at the starting point, because rights to new and repeat broadcasts are already spoken for through 2011. But the Associated Press reports that some of Oprah's regular contributors could find a home on OWN. Rambo movie is Insane!
Rambo 2008 = Co written and Directed by Sylvester "Sly" Stallone himself, brings a fourth and final chapter to the Rambo series. This movies is a must see film for die hard fans and to those who love to see Loads of blood, head and body decapitations, 50 cal brain removals, rapes, explosions, etc.
When I first saw the uncut previews on You Tube, I thought this movie was a joke. When I saw the movie first hand, I was totally amazed. The website Guardian claims this movie had a total of 236 killings, all I know it was a lot.
While situated in Thailand, Rambo is approached by a group of Christian human rights missionaries and asked to help them in aiding in the poor citizens of Burma. After the group is captured and the missionaries become prisoners of war, Rambo decides to join a assemble crew of selected mercenaries up the Salween River to a Burmese village where the missionaries was held hostage. After that John Rambo Light switch turns on and beast is released
Actress Julie Benz add,"When you read the script you forget you really have to do all of that stuff," she said laughing. "But I was just so excited to be the girl in a Rambo movie I guess I forgot about it."
