TMZ has confirmed that a bench warrant was requested for singer R. Kelly -- because he did not show for a court hearing Dec.19,2007 in Chicago.
We're told Kelly's tour bus was delayed in Utah, which caused him to miss the hearing. The warrant was requested, but has not yet been issued. One thing we all got to remember....He's R. Kelly! Read more....
